Loval Jansen

Loval Jansen has extensive experience in workforce planning and resource management, currently serving as Lead Workforce Planner at Capfin since January 2015. In this role, Loval specializes in workload and resource demand forecasting by accurately interpreting historical trends and marketing response rates. Prior to this, Loval worked at RCS from July 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included forecasting call volumes, creating schedules, and analyzing contact center performance. Loval began the professional journey as a Workforce Administrator, ensuring efficient customer service and resource availability. Loval holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Panorama College (Tygerberg College), completed between 2002 and 2004.
