Abhaya Gupta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive VP overseeing the Global Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. Previously, from 2017 to 2022, Abhaya held the position of EVP and Global Head of Technology Practices at Capgemini, along with various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head in Capital Markets. Prior to that, Abhaya was with Barclays Bank from 2007 to 2011, where they led technology efforts in Corporate Banking and Investment Banking. Abhaya began their career at L&T Infotech as a Senior Manager in 1998.
