Abhijit Barhate is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Starting the career as an IT Recruiter at ACS Limited, Abhijit advanced to the role of Senior Recruitment Executive at M-POWER IT SOLUTIONS, where coordination with clients and team management were key responsibilities. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Talent Acquisition at Capgemini since November 2009, Abhijit leads a recruitment team, contributes to process improvements, and has expertise in SAP-related recruiting across the Asia Pacific region.
