Beginning as an International Travel Consultant at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd, Abhinav transitioned to various HR roles at DSC Limited, Tecpro Systems Ltd., and JINDAL Stainless Steelway Limited, eventually serving as Manager and Deputy Manager of Human Resources. Abhinav further enhanced expertise in HR technology and project management during engagements at PwC India, EY, and Capgemini, focusing on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP Concur implementations.
