Aditya Sharma

Aditya Sharma is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as an Assistant Director at Capgemini since April 2022. Previously, Aditya held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Mindtree from April 2019 to April 2022 and served as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Full Cycle Recruiter at Tech Mahindra from November 2007 to March 2019. Aditya's career began at iGATE Mastech as Manager Recruiting from July 2005 to November 2007, and briefly at Rose International as a Senior Recruiter in May 2005. Aditya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on HR/IT from Apeejay School Of Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Kurukshetra University.
