Alex Shyu is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in project management and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini since June 2016, Alex has also held roles as a Tier II Technician at Wandering WiFi and as Career Center Director at SBAN. Additional experience includes working as an Independent Contractor for the iSchool Initiative and transitioning to a Senior Project Manager in open roles starting December 2024. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia State University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and is a certified SAFe CSM and POPM.
