Andrew Rees-Taylor

Andrew Rees-Taylor is currently the UK Head of Operations for Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, leading a team of 25 and overseeing the recruitment of over 4,000 hires in 2023. Previously, they held various roles in talent acquisition, including a Talent Acquisition Project Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they contributed to a global HR transformation and improved recruitment processes. Andrew also has a background in consultancy and has worked with notable organizations such as TSB, Barclays, and PwC on recruitment transformation projects. Their education includes a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Derby and qualifications in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
