Andrew Richards

Andrew Richards is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture, technical leadership, and project management. At Capgemini from January 2008 to January 2011, Andrew held various roles, including Technical Lead, Software Architect, and Delivery Lead, focusing on the European Tax registration system and Excise goods monitoring, while overseeing Oracle frameworks and introducing modern development practices. Serving as Engagement Manager, Andrew managed four teams for the HMRC Digital contract. Andrew further advanced his career at RCDTS (HMRC) from December 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included delivering multiple projects as a Technical Architect/Technical Manager for a sizable team. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bath and a degree in Business Economics from the University of Reading.
