Previously, Andy held leadership roles at Barkawi Management Consultants and Merck, where they implemented a global standardized SAP system and integrated supply chain processes. They earned a BEng in Operational Engineering from De Montfort University and have demonstrated a strong ability to develop teams and foster employee engagement during complex change initiatives.
