Anitha

Anitha is an experienced professional in the field of education and corporate training, currently serving as a Soft Skills Coach at Capgemini since June 2025. Prior to this role, Anitha held the position of Soft Skills Trainer at Vel's Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies from June 2024 to June 2025 and was a Senior Soft Skills Trainer at iNurture from July 2022 to June 2024. Anitha has also contributed as a Corporate Trainer while self-employed from January 2021 to January 2023 and from January 2021 to September 2021, as well as serving as an Assistant Professor at multiple institutions, including LADY DOAK COLLEGE, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science for Women, and PSGR Krishnammal College for Women between 2015 and 2021. Anitha completed a Ph.D. in English Literature at SRI MEENAKSHI GOVERNMENT COLLEGE FOR WOMEN from 2016 to 2020.
