Anne Lebel

Anne Lebel has been working in human resources for over thirty years. Anne started their career as a project manager at Bossard Consultants in 1987. In 1997, they became the HR director at MerckSerono's French subsidiary. Anne was responsible for organizational design, employee relations, talent management, and company integration. In 2008, they became the regional head of HR for Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty in France. In 2012, they were promoted to chief HR officer and given global responsibility for Allianz's human resources. Anne held this position until 2016 when they left to become the CHRO at Natixis. Anne has been with Capgemini since 2020.

They work with Olivier Sevillia - Group Chief Operating Officer, Cyril Garcia - CEO, Capgemini Invent, and Carole Ferrand - CFO. Their manager is Aiman Ezzat, CEO. and Hubert Giraud - Human Resources reports to Anne Lebel.
