Any Rival

Any Rival is currently the Talent Acquisition Head for Architects & Engagement Managers at Capgemini, where they lead two recruiting teams across France. Previously, they held various roles at Capgemini, including HR Lead Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager for Expertise Architecture. Any's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Recruitment for Cloud Infrastructure at OnePoint and as a Senior Consultant at Synechron. They began their career as a Junior Consultant at Robert Walters and held recruitment positions at Moody's Corporation and Manpower. Any earned a Master's degree in Audit and HR Management from ISC Paris.
