Armelle Muller

Armelle Muller is a Senior Service Management Consultant at Capgemini since November 2019, bringing extensive experience in service management and IT consulting. Prior to this role, Armelle served at the EUIPO from October 2006 to November 2019 in various capacities, including Head of Event Technicians, where responsibilities involved coordinating meetings and managing audiovisual support, as well as contributing as a Windows 7 Product Manager and IT Consultant, providing technical support across Europe. Previous experience includes a Coordinator role at T Comunicación, an Infrastructure Consultant position at EUIPO, and an HCI Analyst role at ICOM, focused on ergonomic analysis and accessibility improvements. Armelle holds an Engineer’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction from Fachhochschule Salzburg, attained from 1999 to 2004.
