Arnab Pandit

Arnab Pandit has extensive experience in various roles within Learning and Development and Human Resources. At Cognizant, roles included Proctor, Learning and Development Coordinator, Screening and Recruiting, and Human Resources Coordinator, focusing on attendance management, internship and trainer hiring, onboarding, and completing training requirements. Following this, Arnab worked at talent4health as a Health Recruiter, managing the recruitment life cycle for U.S. clients. From October 2023 to December 2024, Arnab served as a Specialist 2 at PwC India, and currently holds a position as a Senior Associate in Learning and Development at Capgemini, concentrating on strategic alignment and program development for both technical and soft skills training.
