Arwin Bisoen

Arwin Bisoen is currently the Inclusive Futures lead for Capgemini and Sogeti NL, actively contributing to the HR domain. They have held various roles at Capgemini, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager, Managing HR Business Partner, and Sales Operations Manager, as well as consulting positions in financial services. Arwin's earlier experience includes program management at Nationale-Nederlanden and product ownership at Rabobank, among other roles in well-known organizations. They earned a Master's Degree from the University of Nijmegen and a Bachelor's Degree from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
