Bas Biemans

Bas Biemans is currently the Lead Data Governance & Data Security at Capgemini's Cybersecurity Unit and serves as the Senior Managing Consultant specializing in Data Governance, Cloud Data Security, and Privacy. They have extensive experience managing projects on-site at clients, having previously held various roles in IT management and data privacy for companies such as Quality Contacts and Ziggo. Bas also worked as a Datamanagement, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Consultant at Oelan, where they oversaw strategic projects and team management. Additionally, they contributed to the academic field by serving as a guest lecturer in MBA Big Data & Analytics at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Currently, Bas is furthering their education at Harvard Business School.
