Brady Hard is an experienced Chief of Staff and Program Director, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Capgemini since 2023. Previously, Brady held various roles within Capgemini, including Innovation Program Manager and Global Program Manager, where they focused on talent management and organizational transformation. Prior to this, Brady directed the San Francisco Campus and served in strategic roles at Galvanize Inc. Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Political Science Certificate from Stockholm University.
