Britta Haring

Britta Haring is a strategic Human Resources leader with over 14 years of multifaceted experience in HR transformation, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Capgemini, they lead a team focused on innovative HR solutions and oversee people-related activities in Mergers and Acquisitions. Previously, Britta held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at LiquidHub, where they managed HR functions for over 1,000 employees. They also contributed significantly to organizational success as a House Manager at Pittsburgh Public Theater and a Human Resources Coordinator at The Franklin Institute. Britta graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Communications from Point Park University.
