Chris Yankou, CHRL, has extensive experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations, particularly in the IT sector. At Capgemini from November 2010 to November 2022, Chris served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR for a global IT outsourcing business with 1,000 employees in a multi-union environment and acting as the global HR lead for notable clients such as General Motors and Smart Energy Services. Previously, at Teranet Inc. from January 1992 to March 2010, Chris managed various HR functions, including the design of salary structures and the development of a performance management program. Chris holds a Post Diploma in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic, obtained between 1989 and 1992.
