Cornelly Spier is a Compliance Specialist at Capgemini, where they focus on enhancing quality management and delivery process improvement. They began their ICT career in 1987 and have gained extensive experience in systems development, training, and coaching across various roles such as Method & Innovation Lead and Process Improvement Specialist. Cornelly was instrumental in achieving CMMI Maturity Level 5 certification and continues to utilize their expertise in process improvement and coaching. Recently retired, Cornelly has embraced a new role as a life coach, applying Co-Active principles to guide others.
