Damien BACH

Damien Bach is an accomplished executive in sales and business development, currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Vice President at Capgemini Switzerland since July 2021, and is a member of the Executive Committee. With extensive experience at Capgemini, including previous roles as Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Damien has led significant growth in the Swiss market, driving initiatives in the Manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors. Prior to Capgemini, Damien held key positions at Alten, where as Business Unit Manager achieved a gross margin growth of 54% annually, and founded Toolnet, overseeing substantial revenue growth and successful fundraising initiatives. Damien's educational background includes leadership programs at Capgemini University and IMD Business School, a Master's in Entrepreneurship from INT, and an Engineer's degree from the Institut national polytechnique de Grenoble.
