Dan Hammond is a software engineering leader with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury. They began their career as a software developer at the National Radiation Laboratory and later at Airways New Zealand. Dan served as a contract software engineer at Assessment & Development Consultants Ltd before taking on roles as a senior developer and dev team lead at American Express Global Business Travel. They continued to develop their leadership skills as the frontend team lead at Arlo Training & Event Software and the development team lead at SuiteFiles, where they focused on fostering collaborative development teams and technical modernization. Currently, Dan holds the position of Development Lead at Capgemini.
