Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in incident management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, effectively coordinating complex operations under pressure. Dan has held significant roles, including managing a multi-national team and leading initiatives that reduced incident management briefing times by 30%. They are currently working at Capgemini and remain open to new opportunities in the private sector. Dan holds a merit degree in Public Services from Strode College.
