David Barker is an Engagement Manager at Capgemini, specializing in public sector projects since 2017. They began their career as a Technical Consultant at Integritie, where they quickly advanced to a junior consultant role, and later freelanced as an ECM Consultant in Canada and the Caribbean. Prior to joining Capgemini, David founded Orwell Content Management Ltd, delivering key ECM projects for major banks. They hold a BA (Hons) in English Literature and a BSc (Hons) in Computing, both with first-class honors.
