David Soiles

David Soiles is currently the Digital Assets FCC Practice Leader at Capgemini, specializing in financial crime compliance advisory with a focus on digital assets. Previously, they held the role of Head of AML Program at NYDIG and worked as an Associate Director at Exiger, where they led efforts in AML and sanctions advisory. Earlier in their career, David served as a Legal Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on the Complex Frauds Unit. They have also worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, concentrating on compliance testing across various financial sectors. David earned a degree from Yale University in 2010.
