Doreen Pasch

Doreen Pasch is currently the Delivery Quality & Risk Manager at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, where they oversee quality and risk management across various projects and operating models. Doreen's professional journey began at IBM Deutschland GmbH, where they worked as a Werkstudentin in HR Learning, developing e-learning training and participating in recruitment processes. They later held roles at IBM in Ireland, including Brand Inside Sales Specialist for Infrastructure Services. Doreen has also volunteered at Rainbow Garden Village in Tanzania, teaching basic English and Mathematics to young children while helping develop their social and motor skills. Doreen earned a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg.
