Eirik Joa

Eirik Joa has extensive experience in IT consulting, primarily focused on CRM applications and software quality assurance. Eirik began a career at Lyse Energi AS, where responsibilities included supporting and administering the Siebel CRM application, as well as serving as a Senior Customer Service Agent. Eirik further developed skills as a System Consultant and Siebel Developer, configuring CRM applications and integrating CTI systems. Following a role as Test & Upgrade Manager at Qualisoft AS, Eirik has served as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini since 2016, overseeing testing services and ensuring quality assurance in software deliveries. Eirik holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT and Information Studies from the University of Agder and multiple certifications in Siebel CRM, software testing, and Microsoft systems.
