Elin Heir

Elin Heir is a seasoned professional in healthcare and technology, currently serving as the Global Public Sector Healthcare Cluster Lead at Capgemini since 2021. Previously, Elin held various roles at Capgemini, including Director and Head of the Healthcare sector. They also gained valuable experience at Telenor, where Elin was instrumental as a Project Manager and later took on leadership roles in eHealth initiatives. Elin’s career began with a summer position at BAMA Gruppen AS, where they focused on logistics improvements. Elin holds a Master’s degree in Production and Quality Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
