Elma Siepman has extensive experience in legal and regulatory roles, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel in the Group Legal AI Office at Capgemini since January 2025, following a tenure as Legal Counsel starting in November 2019. Prior to this, Elma worked at Capgemini Consulting from January 2018 to November 2019, holding positions as Senior Consultant in Risk and Regulatory Compliance and as Consultant in Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Elma's early experience includes a brief internship at Loyens & Loeff in August 2015.
