Eric Gazzabin

Eric Gazzabin possesses extensive experience in IT service management and project leadership. Initially, in February 1999, Eric began as a Technicien micro réseau at DeltaSoft srl, focusing on workstation management. Subsequently, Eric joined Capgemini in April 2014, where the role of Service Delivery Manager involves overseeing accounts within the logistics and energy sectors. Prior to this, from July 2013 to April 2014, Eric served as Chef de Projet SCADA at Euriware, managing integration teams for a significant client. Additional responsibilities included leading operational teams in IT operations control and service desk environments, with a strong emphasis on incident management and multilingual helpdesk support. Education includes a BTS CPI in Mechanical Engineering from LT AGORA (1990-1994) and ITIL certifications from FCT Solution (2012).
