François Monchy

François Monchy is currently the France Compensation and International Mobility Director at Capgemini, where they have been leading international mobility since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Corporate HR Development Director at CGG from 2013 to 2015, establishing HR processes to enhance people development. François also held various positions at CGG, including Marine HR Manager and International Mobility Director, overseeing recruitment, training, and the implementation of international mobility policies. They hold a Master's degree in International HR Management from IAE Gustave Eiffel and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management from IUT Melun - Sénart.
