Frank Menzel

Frank Menzel is currently the Engagement Director at Capgemini, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, Frank worked at Bayer from 2008 to 2012 in various leadership roles, including Teamlead for Core Process Solutions and Head of Global Services HR. Frank also served as Head of Business Unit Support at Bayer Business Services from 2018 to 2020 and held multiple positions at INEOS from 2000 to 2008, including Teamleiter for Personalcontrolling. They started their career at AXA as a System Developer focusing on Problem and Change Management from 1997 to 2000. Frank earned a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Universität zu Köln between 1991 and 1996.
