Gebhard Marent is currently serving as the Regional Head and Managing Enterprise Architect at Capgemini, focusing on Public Cloud and Cloud Migrations while designing a sovereign, federated, and open data infrastructure. With a robust background as an Enterprise Architect and experience across various industries including banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing, Gebhard has developed expertise in datacenter automation, orchestration, and complex IT architectures. Previously, they held positions at Micro Focus, IBM, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they specialized in cloud solutions and technical sales consulting. Gebhard started their academic journey with a dual degree in Business Informatics at Berufsakademie Mannheim, complemented by internships in both commercial and banking sectors.
