Happy Gauba

Happy Gauba has extensive experience in account management and business development within the technology and services sector. At Capgemini, from April 2015 to July 2021, Happy served as Sr. Director and Client Partner, specializing in account growth and client services. Prior to this, Happy held the position of Director of Business Development at NTT Data Corporation from February 2012 to March 2015, managing sales numbers, P&L, and C-level relationships with strategic accounts. Additionally, roles at CareFusion, Sony Electronics, and Intelligroup involved managing executive relationships, sales figures, and client service. Happy Gauba holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Web Technologies from Symbiosis International University and completed higher secondary education in Maths and Science at St. Paul HSS, Indore.
