Heather MacLeod

Heather MacLeod is the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer of the Americas at Capgemini, where they oversee the holistic marketing strategy and operations for the region. Previously, they held several notable positions, including VP and Global Head of Marketing at Publicis Sapient, and VP and Chief Marketing Officer at Cognizant’s Digital Business & Technology. Heather began their career as a Media Planner at Young & Rubicam and later excelled in account management at Leo Burnett, managing campaigns for Fortune 100 clients. They hold an MBA in Strategy and Technology Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Accounting, Marketing, and Business Administration from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, Heather graduated from the Executive Education Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
