Ian Wallace is the Head of Learning & Development at Capgemini UK, where they lead the UK learning and development strategy, aligning it with both local and global priorities. With over 15 years of experience in client-facing and in-house senior technology roles, Ian has a proven track record in designing and implementing impactful training programs. Previously, they held various roles in testing and management, including Test Manager and Solutions Director, where they focused on continuous improvement and capability building. Ian also volunteers as a STEM Learning Ambassador, helping to bridge the gap between education and industry for young people.
