Isha Gupta Ray is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in digital marketing, campaigns, and account-based marketing. Currently serving as the Digital Marketing, Campaigns and Martech Leader at Capgemini since December 2016, Isha designs and executes marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and lead generation, while also spearheading an account-based marketing program for the Media and Entertainment business unit. Prior to Capgemini, Isha held the role of Performance Marketing Lead at Persistent Systems, focusing on demand generation and optimizing media strategies, and spent nearly a decade at HCL Technologies in various marketing management roles, enhancing positioning and demand for engineering solutions across multiple sectors. Isha holds an MBA in Marketing from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Nagpur University, alongside participation in the Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
