Jacinta Waak

Jacinta Waak is an experienced professional with a strong background in data and analytics management. Currently serving as a People Manager for Insights and Data at Capgemini since January 2023, Jacinta leads a team focused on delivering expertise to the CFO Office while engaging directly with clients on various Data & AI projects. Prior to this role, Jacinta was the Director of Product Insights at Hedvig from December 2021 to January 2023, where product development was driven by a data-led, user-centric approach. Jacinta's extensive experience at Universum from August 2008 to December 2021 included roles such as Global Head of Analytics and Head of Research Project Management, overseeing global teams and delivering insights critical to employer branding strategies. Earlier career experiences include positions at Nedbank Group Technology and Nedbank, along with an academic foundation in Psychology and Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
