Jan Krögel

Jan Krögel is currently the VP and Head of Projects & Consulting in Intelligent People Operations at Capgemini, where they lead client advisory efforts to enhance People Experiences through data-driven and human-centered design approaches. Previously, they served in various strategic positions within Capgemini, including VP of Employee Experience and People Analytics, and Head of Digital HR, where they spearheaded initiatives addressing people challenges in a competitive talent market. Jan also has a background as an Internal Auditor at GE Capital, conducting assurance and consultancy engagements focused on operational risk and regulatory compliance. They hold multiple master's degrees from IAE France and a bachelor's degree from the University of Birmingham.
