Janne Helland Solberg

Janne Helland Solberg is a seasoned business professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as Managing Business Analyst at Capgemini since February 2025, Janne previously held the position of Global Sales Excellence Manager at Intrum, where responsibilities included leading Salesforce initiatives across 24 countries. Prior to that, Janne spent over 15 years at Lindorff, advancing through roles such as Marketing Manager, Project Manager for Business Development, and Senior Marketing Consultant. With a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School, Janne possesses strong skills in both technical and people-oriented domains.
