Jen Saunders is an experienced professional in workforce transformation and human capital management, having held various key roles across multiple organizations. Jen began a career at Mercer from September 2006 to April 2009 as a Reward Analyst, focusing on reward analytics for global companies. Progressing through Mercer, Jen served as Associate and then Senior Associate, leading talent and rewards transformations and large HR programs. Jen later took on the role of Principal Consultant, advising organizations on strategic workforce transformations. Since March 2022, Jen has been with Capgemini, first as Chief of Staff & Strategic Projects Director for Group Talent & Learning and currently as HR Director for Cloud Infrastructure Services UK. Additionally, Jen has experience as Principal in Workforce Transformation at North Highland. Jen holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York and an MSc in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University.
