Jennifer Messersmith

Jennifer Messersmith currently serves as the Vice President and North America Insurance Practice Lead at Capgemini, a position held since October 2025, focusing on the growth and development of the Insurance Business Unit in North America. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Chief Learning Officer and Senior Vice President of Life & Annuity & Health Delivery at Majesco from January 2021 to October 2025. Jennifer has extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, having held various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President of IT Program Management at Nationwide Insurance, Vice President at Chase Home Mortgage, and Program Manager at Elsevier. Jennifer began her career at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
