Jerônimo Peliçoli

Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure investments. Currently serving as Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge previously held key positions including Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where the establishment of a private infrastructure debt investment platform was directed, managing over $1.8 billion across more than 60 investments. Jorge's expertise includes managing infrastructure financing platforms at Commerzbank AG and Aladdin Capital, where Jorge focused on private market debt investments and secured transactions exceeding $10 billion. Early in his career, Jorge gained foundational experience at BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, and JPMorganChase, where Jorge honed skills in project finance, structuring, and credit analysis. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
