Jerzy Szwarc

Jerzy Szwarc is currently the Vice President and Head of Business Development for the Global Delivery Center in Poland, overseeing a team of 12,000 employees. Previously, they held various roles at Capgemini, including Staffing Manager and Head of Department for Telecom, Energy, Transport, and Media clients, where they built new divisions and managed significant accounts. Jerzy's extensive experience also includes leading teams as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, contributing to successful project outcomes across multiple sectors. They earned a degree in Information Technology from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
