Jihane Baciocchini

Jihane Baciocchini is the Vice-President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, a position held since 2022. They have extensive experience in recruitment, having previously served as Head of Recruitment for Applications Services and as a Consultant at Stratorg. Jihane's career began as a Field Engineer at UNITY, followed by various roles within Capgemini, including managing recruitment at Capgemini Consulting. They hold a Master's in Management from ESCP Business School and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
