Jochen H. is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Capgemini Nederland, where they also serve as a Sr. Consultant Scrum Master. Previously, Jochen held the Scrum Master position at UWV and Intergamma, and has a background in digital communication and online marketing. They are passionate about helping teams understand Agile and Scrum methodologies and approach challenges with positive energy. Jochen is currently also a DevOps/Scrum Coach at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and works at Politie Nederland as a Scrum Master.
