John Nicholson

John Nicholson is an experienced negotiator specializing in complex sourcing and technology transactions. Currently serving as Director of Commercials and Contract Management at Capgemini, Nicholson focuses on structuring and negotiating large outsourcing and IT transactions. Previously, they held strategic roles at organizations such as Infosys and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where they structured significant technology-related agreements. Nicholson earned a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School and an MBA in Operations Management from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
