John Weber

John Weber currently serves as Vice President and Global Client Partner at Capgemini, a position held since December 2025. In addition, John is a Board Member of the Trefz School of Business Graduate Programs' Executive Advisory Board at the University of Bridgeport since June 2023. Previously, John held various executive roles, including Vice President at Sutherland and Wipro, where responsibilities included leadership in BFSI and U.S. Insurance practices. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte as a Senior Executive, EIS Ltd as SVP Worldwide Services, and Cognizant where John progressed from Director to Vice President roles. Earlier career milestones encompass leadership positions at CGI and Framework, Incorporated. John holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Industrial and Systems Engineering, respectively, from Rutgers University.
