Josef Matulka

Josef Matulka is the Executive Vice President and COO of the Asia Pacific Strategic Business Unit at Capgemini, where they manage operations across multiple countries. With over thirty-one years of experience in management consulting and IT, Josef previously held various leadership roles at Ernst & Young and Capgemini, including Head of Serviceline Information Technology and COO Europe Cluster. Educated at the University of Vienna, Josef also served as an Assistant Professor, contributing to research and curriculum development in computer science and operations research.
