Joseph Nathan

Joseph Nathan possesses extensive experience in behavioral training, event coordination, and mental health counseling. Currently serving as a Behavior Specialist at Capgemini since May 2023, Joseph also works as a Mental Health Counselor at AHAM Consciousness. Prior experience includes a role as a Behavioral Trainer at Cognizant from January 2022 to May 2023 and as an Event Coordinator at Skills for Change. Joseph holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, an MS in Psychology, and a PhD in Anthropology, both from the University of Madras. Additional qualifications include a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from NIMHANS and a Diploma in Applied Buddhist Psychology from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
